Susan is a therapist who’s been practicing for 18 years.
She loves what she does. And she’s good at it.
Even though she keeps her fees low, she has a hard time getting clients to say yes.
And the ones who do often complain about her rates.
“People won’t pay for my services,” Susan moans.
Her friend Natalie, on the other hand, thinks plenty of people are willing to invest in their health.
Even though her fees are a good deal higher than Susan’s, she easily attracts new clients.
And they typically stay for months at a time.
Here’s what’s interesting …
These two women graduated from the same training institute.
In fact, Susan was Natalie’s instructor.
Yet Natalie’s business is booming. While Susan feels stuck.
Why are these two women with the same training manifesting such different results?
The answer comes down to the RAS — the Reticular Activating System.
A pencil-shaped bundle of nerves in the brain stem, the RAS acts like a gatekeeper.
It filters out what travels from our unconscious mind into our conscious awareness.
Since Natalie’s mind is always open to potential new clients, her RAS points them out to her as she goes about her days.
She discovers them at the grocery store.
At her corner coffee shop.
Even on long walks with her dog.
Then her confidence naturally attracts them into a conversation — and then a free consult.
Now, in Susan’s defense, we’re always manifesting something, whether we like it or not.
The problem is, we’re not consciously manifesting.
That’s because, as you can see, our experiences are controlled by the things we’re not conscious of.
Dr. Bruce Lipton, author of The Biology of Belief, says, “We operate 95 to 99 percent of our lives from subconscious programs.
“Your subconscious beliefs are working either for you or against you, but you are not controlling your life, because your subconscious mind supersedes all conscious control.”
The good news?
You can successfully condition your subconscious mind to attract more clients.
One of my favorite ways is what I call the A.I.M. Method.
A.I.M. for More of What You Want
A.I.M. stands for Anchor, Integrate and Manifest.
It’s based on the natural law of resonance, which tells us that things of a like vibration — a frequency match — will instinctively gravitate toward each other.
Whenever you have an experience you want more of, you’ve activated an energetic template for it.
And when you anchor that template in your body, you set up the internal vibration to attract more of those same experiences.
Let’s take my friend Leslie for example.
Whenever she finishes a powerful session, she intentionally takes a few minutes to gaze out the window of her Montana home.
Yet as she looks at the mountains, she doesn’t think.
Instead, she feels back to the session that just ended — and to the sensation she gets in her body when she has the privilege of seeing someone transform.
We’ve all experienced those magical moments with our clients, right?
When time and space seem to slip away. And everything flows in Divine right order.
Yet Leslie does something most of us forget …
She expands the energetic template that manifests more amazing sessions like the one she just had.
And guess what?
You can do the same thing.
First, you’ve got to start with your schedule.
When you’re booking clients, give yourself an extra 15 minutes in between each one.
Then follow these three simple steps.
Step 1: Anchor the Breakthrough
As soon as your session ends, take a few minutes to sit quietly alone.
And let the energy of the exchange you had with your client wash over you.
Allow your mind to wander as you pick up the full range of sensations in your body.
Then notice what you’re feeling — and where you’re feeling it.
By tuning into your body while these experiences are fresh, you’re anchoring a memory in your cells that’s tied to what transformation feels like.
That way your RAS can begin to recognize experiences that match it.
Step 2: Integrate Those Good Vibes In Your Energy Body
By allowing what you’re feeling to GROW … and become even more beautiful.
The trick is not to go looking for good feelings. Instead, simply allow what you’re already feeling to expand.
Then notice if any particular images come to mind.
The subconscious mind speaks in symbols.
So when a symbol arises from an energetic experience, it’s magnetized to help you manifest.
You can use that symbol in the last step of this process.
Step 3: Manifest More of the Same
You can help this along by embedding that image into your everyday surroundings.
Whether you draw it on a piece of paper, rip it from a magazine or sculpt it with your hands, what matters is that you see it every day.
This reminds your conscious mind of your unconscious signposts of success.
It’s also what makes this process more effective than affirmations.
With affirmations — where you act “as if” — you’re trying to generate an emotion that subconsciously you may not believe.
But with the A.I.M. Method, you’re using the sensation that’s already there to plant the seeds for more.
And when you fertilize the ground of your being this way, the fruits can’t help but multiply.
The RAS will show you the way.
